From Taiwan, a good price but shipping is a killer. If you buy more than 1 item it gets more reasonable.

Since we also have availability of all things BRABUS, the best way to all save $$ is to arrange a group purchase.

To get some idea of the shipping costs...I would like to have a general idea of the broad interest.

You can email me direct at smartcarparts@aol.com no obligation of course.

BTW.. BRABUS pedal sets in stock now..

visit the store for BRABUS BRAKE HANDLE AND PEDAL SET AND STEERING WHEEL INFO.

Can I assume that these will work on the 451 as well as the pictured 450?
Are they attached by tape?
How strong is the attachment? I don't want to use it as a tow hook, but I don't want it to de-attach after a couple of days (or weeks).

It has some kind of tape already attached, all you have to do is peel off the backing and attach to the window.

Mine came off in about 3 weeks. I let it "cure" in the garage for about 5 days after I installed it too.

I like the handle, but the attachment method leaves a little to be desired. I am going to try some rearview mirror adhesive when I get a chance.

$3.00 HomeDepot, works great. $52.00 seemed a little stiff.
I have pic's in my gallery.

tgobie:
that "drawer-pull solution" is pretty sweet!
...how'd you attach it? rear-view mirror glue?

My Brabus handle came off after about 6 months. When I installed it, I was very careful to make sure the window surface was very clean and primed with the included clean-wipe stuff.

Perhaps, I'll re-attach it some other way. Rear view mirror adhesive did not work: it is meant to attach metal to glass. The Brabus rear hatch handle is plastic, with a rubber adhesive strip. I might try silicon adhesive, or 3M car body panel tape.

I too liked the handle, it looks good and seemed to function well for a while, but the attachment method sucks.
