Bright Backup Lights

I have the led back up lights and they look nice and I really like them. What I would like to find are some really bright back up lights as it is very hard for me to back up the full length of my driveway at night. Most of the time I try to back into the garage during the daytime but once I put my Dodge van in it there isn't any room to get the smart door open.

i don't think the LED's "cast" as much light as the incandescents.. they appear brighter but the light doesn't go nearly as afar. i bet you'd see the driveway better if you switched back to the OEM bulb.

There is also the option of 50 watt halogen bulbs. They are at least twice as bright as regular incandescents. I believe Amazon has two products that will work. Search 1156 bulbs in the automotive section.

Depends on how long the driveway is.

Back up light are not realy designed to see by but are designed to be seen by others so they know you are comming.

I guess the question I have is how narrow is your drive you can't turn around a smart car?
