In Canada ALL vehicles are required to have all their lights on when driving. If moving to Canada your car MUST be modified to have your lights come on automatically.

I have an 09 Brabus with daytime running lights the only difference I can see is the dash lights are off,no bright lights, and no fog lights. Also you can turn the daytime running lights off if you want.

Ummmm....

I'm currently *in* Canada (Calgary, to be specific, after a week in Ottawa and a week in Saskatoon) and if that opinion is true, then there are one *HELL* of a lot of Canadian automobiles in violation...

I would conservatively guess that 85% of the cars I see operating on the roads up here do not have DRLs.
