divider

My Mom is tired of grocerys falling down behind the seat(She's short and has to slide the seat, like, all the way forward) do they make a divider to keep that from happening? If they do where do I find one?

Here's the rear divider with cargo cover, sold by smart centers:

Divider has a net bag on the side facing the seatbacks.

I've made several shopping trips with my lil smart already. I use the canvas bags instead of the bags from the grocery store. Those tend to stay in place better than paper and plastic. I'm vertically challenged as well. But behind me I use my thermal insulated bag from California Innovations. It has a strip of velcro on the bottom. The velcro is intended to keep it folded for storage. But it works great keeping it from sliding. But when it's full it's not going anywhere even behind my seat. I know it's not what you're looking for but it's an option I thought I'd mention.

One like mine but mine doesn't have Pizza Hut on it.

Divider Plus looks just like the one JWIGHT posted and has a net that prevents items above the roller from falling forward in to the drivers compartment.
Some one here is a smart parts dealer and posted last week under smart accesories.

Cargo net

I asked about getting the cargo net / divider, and was quoted $249, plus about a 2 week delivery time or $50 to expedite to < 1 week from France. Instead of that, I went to Target and got a plastic storage container for $5.49 that stays in place just fine. If it slides, I can add that anti-slip rubber mat stuff and it won't slide anymore. I'll put the remaining $243 into something like a year's supply of gas.

If you're willing to spend that much on what's essentially a net and maybe a rollout cover... that's your choice. But the alarm, tachometer and even upgraded paint colors cost less. It's out of proportion, in my opinion.

Great trunk organizer for $22

Hello, I was at our local street fair and picked up a great trunk organizer that fit perfectly for the smart. It has folding compartments that can be configured in many ways. It has non-slip pads under the organizer that prevents sliding. I paid $22 which included a wet pack carrier. If interested you can visit (trunkorganizer dot com) for more info.

Take a look at this one. Uhaul has a good price and free shipping.
$34.95

There is also a larger version which will take up the entire width of the bag for $10 more.

Sounds like they quoted you on the "plus" with the added net that stretches to the ceiling option. Got the regular cargo cover, like the one in Smartfor2guy's pic, for $150 from a local dealer. Love the way it keeps stuff hidden and prevents it from rolling anywhere, and I actually use the nets facing the passenger compartment all of the time. If you want to load anything bigger then the space it allots you simply pop it out
