Absolutely correct, both CREE and LumiLeds both create 1 watt led's. Run them at 350ma and the right optics, you'll use less but still need to mount them on a heat sink to get rid of the heat that it does generate but yea.. those are the proper led's to use.

The relays are plugged into the back section of the SAM. I have pictures in the directory somesmart.info/RandomImages/Relays showing the SAM (Relays.jpg) from the left heel view - you can see the carpet runner for orientation - as well as photos of the relay itself. The position pointed to on the SAM is where the relay was removed. Even though it's the rightmost relay, it appears to control the left turn signal.

I searched but did not find a cross part for a no load relay. Might try the auto parts store tomorrow. Anyone know of one?
