Fog lights spliced into parking lights

Thanks Kane, My 500SL runs with the fogs but I understand what you are saying here in California we never have a problem with the fog light issue and I don't think they are as bright as what you use in the UK and they can be adjusted not to blind.

We have SMOG but no FOG and even at 3 am we have thousands of cars on the roads with the SMOG lights on and dry roads is probably why it doesn't appear to bother to many people.

When I lived in Canada i do remember the fog light glare specially in wet conditions!

No point having fog lights then if you don't have fog. Why not save yourself a hoard of cash and just find some proper dipped beam driving lights to fit in that position. Fog lights only light up the bit of road infront that you can't see and the curb.
