Pre-wired?

I thought all 2008, 2009 smarts were pre-wired for fogs? Assuming that is the case, do the MB lights use the same plug?

Yes, the plug is for a standard H11 bulb. Nothing special about it. The pair I bought actually has a pair of connectors with it, I plan on wiring mine up seperately. For $15 I can wire them up vs. $50 activation at the dealership, plus 4 hours driving round trip.

You will note in the evilution article you refer to that the fog light beam height IS adjustable with the factory fogs.
