I ordered it on EBAY and sourced it from a Yaris version.
I was thinking to get a Honda Fit version but the rear glass on a Fit looks "square-ish" so I decided on the Yaris version.
It fits pretty good and the brake light is still visible, just not as big - so it looks custom. Here is the link on Ebay where I got it, I offered them $180 and they accepted. I attached with 1/16" 3M outdoor double-sided tape and it holds fine on the highway.
I know some will criticize and say it looks "Ricer" - but who cares, I like it.

Brian, I think you are the coolest dude on the planet and really appreciate your technical input. your humor is funny too.
I have seen your ride and will be putting dynamat/fatmat soon since I just picked up a JL HD600/4 and a Kinetic HC600 to power up inside the car. I have a 4smartcar.com sub/enclosure already installed and Focal door speakers waiting for the Dynamat.
