HID Install done today!

Perfect fitment, was all plug and play. No splicing wires. The kit was extremely well built and will post some night shots later.

your kit sounds pretty good,
can you post some pictures of your digital HID kit with some pricing for them and how one can go about ordering them? I was searching for them and i could find nothing from any of your other posts

thanks

HID headlights use xenon gas as opposed to the standard halogen gas used in most headlights. Xenon gas burns hotter and creates a different light arc in it's filament making for those very bright bluish color headlights you see on most higher end cars. You don't need them.

That is certainly a personal opinion if I ever saw them.

It all depends if you have the money to spend, because this is a worthwile upgrade. True H7 bulbs are the best design out there, but they pale in comparioson to HID. They produce a greater, brighter field of light. Its light output in terms of color is closer to that of sunlight. Which means less eye fatigue at night compared to halogens relativley cool light output. Besides them being safer for the driver, they make the car much more visable.

They probably will be one of the only mods I do to the car.

I believe the question was, "...do I NEED it?", to which the correct answer is "No, you do not NEED it." Can they offer some benefit? Yes. Is that benefit worth it to you? Only the person asking the question can answer that, after they receive the answer to this question: How much does it cost?
