Pull the back first or the front or all at the same time on the pull trim? I've put a beige coat on everything else for the time being.

Okay - the door triangle thingies (that's the technical term for them, so try to stay with me...) have a small slot on the forward edge. Get yourself two flat screwdrivers, and gently pry up - use one to pry, the second to maintain the gap you just created. You'll feel the clips pop as they go.
For the center console part, take off the shifter knob, then you can, working from the back towards the front, do the same, without the benefit of the starter gap - use a very thin-bladed screwdriver to start it, and work towards the front. Once they are off, paint and re-assemble!

Oh, the paint I used is Krylon Fusion...

When you said 'paint' I thought you used a brush and had opened up a gallon of paint to paint the interior. What a scary thought...
