From the small pic below it on the usbfever.com site, it looks like this plugs into a standard outlet so it would probably be pretty long overall. I've been looking for one for the glove box. Since there's plenty of behind it, it should fit there, either taken apart and soldered into the back or plugged into another female that you could attach your wires too. Please let me know if you find more info.
