Leather... where nature never intended

I saw some great pics of a Brabus smart that had a couple of additional (non-seating) surfaces covered in leather that did not seem too difficult to copy:

1. Leather speedo instrument pod
2. Leather center dash (includes vents, radio, etc.)
3. Leather lower dash panel
4. Leather door inserts

They used a contrasting color, and it looked GREAT. Has anyone considered, investigated, or priced such an upgrade?
