There's at least ONE entire thread about it, The Tail of the Dragon....sorry, I'm too lazy to post a link. It's Sept 26-27.

If you want to know what you're getting into, DON'T ASK JETFUEL! You have to start out slow and after you're an experienced smart owner, THEN you can communicate with 'jet'.

Until then, all I can say is that 'you've been warned'!!!

...since the big talk around here is the installation of a rubber hose to the intake I decided to give it a shot but did not liked the 2 bends of the after market products...
..and since the shortest distance between two curves is a straight line I made one up with a little modification of the air box and some cheap @$$ re-enforced hose..
...will it improve air intake?...we'll see...

jetfuel...just modding..

OK, I give up: what kind of "mod" did you do to the airbox lid? If my eyes serve me, you did a slice and dice and glue?

I gotta ask...where's the foglight switch? In the stock location? Good job on the egr hose too - that's some nice graft work there.

Well come on, man. Now you post this, one day after I've slapped down my $80+ for the Evilution tube?
Just for my lay (non-ED!) education, how did you do this?
I mean, how did you make this relocation mechanically/structure sound?
