Used bolts from SmartieParts, pipes, capped and drilled one end so I could thread into the bolts from Smartie. One problem bike sways, need to work on a solution

What do you mean by "sway's?" Foward and backward? Is it because the connnection between the SmartieParts bolts and the pipe cap is not solid? Have you come up w/ a solution?
