New from SE Alabama (Re: sunvisor)

I've had my Passion for 2 weeks now. Love it. Looking for a good way to remedy the morning sun coming in the side window when I travel to work, and then when I come home, sundown gets me too. Any suggestions. We all know the stock sun visor is too short

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the "smart" acquisition. I've never used my sun visor yet.

ahh, you're fortunate. I have ordered a visor extension from wdrake.com
(was told I can't post think or images till I post one more time lol) it came today but it was too late to try it out this evening, so we'll see how it does in the morning. It might be a little intrusive, doesn't seem to allow me to place the visor all the way in the upright position at the windshield, but, the sun is just a killer in the morning and evening, I'll have to make it work. Just use the passenger one for when we go on trips. I saw the pictures of the roll down shades with the suction cups, but I have the clear roof with sliding sun shade and they said it wouldn't work with that type of roof.

Thank you Dunerunner and fpage77 for the welcome. Is that a personal picture you have for your profile or are there some posted somewhere that I can paste on for my profile?

Those are pictures of our cars made into the avatars.

You can upload your own at:

http://www.smartcarofamerica.com/forums/usercp.php

There are size limits for the picture you upload though so you'd have to use a image editor to re size your picture.

yep, that's me now where do I get that cute little icon of a smart car I saw on someone's post? it was like a smiley face, but a smartcar instead jumps up and down like it's driving down the road
