I've replaced interior and exterior lights in my other vehicles. I would use Sylvania's Replacement Lamp Guide before ordering from autolumination.com. Unfortunately, Smart isn't listed yet. I could pull bulbs and order after looking at them but I've been busy with that silly thing called work.
I try to use wide angle multiple Superflux LED units offering 1-watt per LED for bright light (many LED units are no where as bright as incandescents). With this, I've been able to replace accessory lights with LED units that are brighter than original incandescents and give me the benefit of faster acting brake lights.
The cost is substantially higher than replacement incandescents but the coolness factor is way increased. I've also never had to replace an LED unit. LEDs should outlast incandescents. They require less energy to operate. The lower energy requirement does create a problem with signal flashers flashing too quickly. That is easily taken care of by load equalizers.
