What color is this SMART?

I like this color a lot. Does anyone know what color it is? Initially, I thought it was the Brabus Ultimate 112 color, but this one seems a bit darker.

I think it is the Brabus color, but the lighting may be affecting the picture.

My wife wants me to paint our red Smart that color. There are several paint companies that have premixed colors that come very close. I'll be doing the one at this link.

Chances are it may look different on your monitor. I'm looking to paint my red car that color around Feb/Mar time frame of next year. I think it'll go nice with the reddish/orange interior. It's the color the wife has been wanting forever so she'll get it. I painted an El Camino I had that color a few years ago and I loved it.

Thanks for the link. The picture quality on the website is poor, but it does look very similar. Can you post pic of your El Camino so I can see what it looks like on a car?

The car has been gone for about four years now. Had digital pictures of it but they were on a computer which crashed and I lost everything. Sorry - I lost all my pictures as I didn't have them backed up on a CD.

Yes - the website colors and the real colors are two different things. I am not too happy with their paint chip book either as they don't use real paint chips - the paint on the other hand is great and has a great price too. I just ordered another color from them and it was completely different from the pictures. I called them up and mentioned how the name of the color doesn't match the book and they told me to look at the lightest area of the picture and that should be somewhat closer to the real color. The color also has a high metallic to it too - not 1/16" flakes or anything super crazy like that, sort of a very slight chrome look to it though it is colored.

Next Sunday I start on the makeover on my yellow....

Sunday
- remove panels, separate the pieces and start sanding it down

Monday - continue sanding and remove interior trim and sand them too

Tuesday
- Spray it - I have a booth rented, sad as my family has several P&B shops in the area but I don't like to ask them for favors - one has a booth that sits virtually empty.

Wednesday - detail undercarriage (paint drums) and detail interior, beige is a mess and needs shampooed.

Thursday - continuation of Wednesday and work out the imperfections I put on the panels, I'm preparing myself for the orange peel as this is the first time in years I've sprayed anything.

Friday - continuation of Thursday and reassembly of the car plus last minute touch-up of whatever needs done.

Saturday
- The Big Show Pics to follow from the show as this where the club will be meeting for the first time in almost two months. Should be a nice meet. I've scheduled for a nice day so we'll see if Mother Nature sticks with my plan. Two years ago we had a microburst hit the show area the day before the show but right after we had prepped the area. Blew away a bunch of category signs, pretzeled our $100k stage and ripped a portion of a tail off of one of the planes that are on the show field (DC-3).
