Who has pink panels?

I have a smart, but I want to get aftermarket pink panels. Any ideas?

You'll need to get them painted. Smart did pink panels in 2006 for the UK as a special edition. Even if you could find panels they won't fit US Smarts. Smart Center Portland is doing my custom pink Smart for me. Hope that helps.

Gosh, another opportunity to post a pic of my zippy.

Yep, like Panda and PupArt said - you gotta get them custom painted. I'm going to try to get a sneak peak of PupArt's pink (which as I understand is WAY different than mine) when it's done in a few weeks.

OH, John_H also had his smart painted at the same shop, but he wasn't lucky enough to get pink. he he...

This >> >> Ontwerp je smart

is a great site for fantasizing the perfect smart color. Purple would be great! I'm thinking bright/neon blue.

And what is it with guys that they get all hung up on a color? Did you know that up until the 1930s, pink was for baby boys and blue for girls. The thinking was the pink is a smaller form of red, a strong, masculine color.

While that might be true, I like your Neon Blue thinking better for myself. At the time I bought my Dodge Neon, over 15 years ago, it was available in two shades of blue, which Chrysler dubbed Lapis and Brilliant. Lapis was a lighter shade and didn't do much for me (though it was cheaper). The Brilliant Metalic Blue suited me to a Tee. At the time, most cars on the road featured subdued colors ... very boring, and the Brilliant Blue stood out from the crowd.

Blue is my favorite color. If I were to change the color of my smart, it would be to a more vivid blue. Zippy is cute in pink though.

If you DO 'do' Purple, ya gotta go with the old Mopar "Plum Crazy". It's AWESOME!

Now if only my wife would go along with that........

That's the shade I was thinking along with a partially semi-gloss black hood.
