cables passages - routing new cables to door speakers?

Hi,I'm a italian boy and I have a new smart 451 84hpI am beginning the assembly the stereo system in my smart and resolved the problems of positioning tweeter and midwoofer in door (predispositions ridicules) and found practical and invisibile for the amplifiers, has begun to study the passage of the cables for the loudspeakers in doors. I don't have intention to use the original cables, but I want to put a new cables, but I have noticed that l' operation is not much easy… Someone has already made this operation? Where you are passed? I have noticed that the original passage for clabe in the chassis is rather narrow and I had thought to create of a new passage… Someone l' it has made?
Thanks
Excuse me for my english, but i didn't study it from more years

Welcome cinghi. No problem on the English, we will figure it out.
There is a post here from someone who replaced their speaker wiring, but I can't seem to find it. Look through the audio forum here - Audio & Video - Smart Car of America Forums
If I can find it, I will post the link for you....

As long as you will not feed 150w RMS to the door speakers, you do not need to replace factory wiring. But if you do then there is a very good chance you will blow your outer panels out.
