DIY Under Seat Amplifier Install

Just bought all the parts...hadn't been to a Fry's Electronics in years. Bought the amp kit there as Kyle recomended and all others on the Internet. Figuring I'm in it for about $550 with the sub enclosure, JL sub, and Polks. I was shocked to see the Polks 451's at Fry's for $199 and I'd paid only $95 from Amazon. Now I've go a weekend project. Can't wait!

What is the max dimensions of an amp that would fit under the passenger set?

I am looking at one with Dimensions: 14-3/4"L x 9"W x 2-11/16”H

It's an INFINITY® REF475A 468-Watt MAX REFERENCE Series CLASS A/B 4-CHANNEL AMPLIFIER.

I have the door speakers and sub to match:

INFINITY® REF850W 8" REFERENCE SUBWOOFER

INFINITY® 6022i 6" REFERENCE SPEAKERS
