Can someone tell me where it is located? What size it it. I was told it is under the drivers seat. I see the ECU under the seat.

If there's a great big gap under the driver's seat that lets you see all the way back to the ECU, you don't have a factory subwoofer installed. The front edge of the subwoofer should be flush with the front driver's seat bracket. The whole assembly (without mounting brackets) can ship in a 16"x20"x5.5" box with large-bubble bubble wrap. The shape is something of a wedge to fit into the under-seat space.
