Full walk through of removing Panels and Speakers

Does anyone have the full walk through of doing this? I am putting in my speakers this weekend and would like to know how each peace is removed/refitted for the polk db651 6.5" speakers.

I've seen this one. I am not just talking about removing the panels, I am talking about removing the panels, then repunching the holes, putting in the silencing material and mounting the speaker, then putting it back. I think I saw one that actually showed someone shaving part of the inner lining to accomodate the speaker. Anyone know where that is?

Put in an Infinity speaker yesterday.
Pulled off the exterior, easy to pull off, not so easy to replace.
Shaved off plastic tabs with my Dremel.
New speakers attached from inside the vehicle.
