How to Remove Trim Around Audio System

I would like to route cables (audio, power and antenna) to an XM on top of the headunit. How do you remove the trim around the headunit to find a path for the cables?

pull the center button panel below it out, there is T-15? torx head screw under there. CAREFULLY remove that making sure not drop it. Once the screw is out the panel will pop off.

I believe it is a T-15. Use a magnetized screw of put a papertowl or something behind it just in case, so you can catch it. Then like Bum-bling-B said, the top just pulls off (it's held on with about 3 clips that undo when you pull it up and out).

Some instructions I put together long ago for getting to the radio is on page 3 of this document and appears to need a T-25.

Button bank, screw(s), pull.

Sorry dumbsmartHHO - it's been a while since I have had to pull any radio trim which is why I put ? behind the T-15. Why didn't you answer earlier right after the question was asked if you're so "smart".
