Ebay was the source: eBay Motors: SMART FORTWO SILVER CARBON FIBER SHORT 3" INCH ANTENNA (item 360127267653 end time Feb-25-09 20:09:31 PST)

Just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one (comes with 3 adapters and 2 spacers, neither of which I used).
