Pioneer AVIC-F900BT HELPPP!!!

Hi guys
im new here and from the UK!
Im looking at buying this unit tomorrow, and i went to halfords today to have a look at it. The lady said that my car has not got a ISO lead installed on the car, and i would need to buy one from smart in order to make this unit compatible.
Is this true? my car is a smart fortwo passion 2009 reg. I have manufacturally ordered the car, so its not here yet, its coming in july. but im a bit scared im paying £700! for it which is expensive here.

Please some one telll meee? Is this true

Also ive noticed in american smart cars, what are all your buttons? below the radio, youve got like leather heated seats, lock doors, but what are the other butttons for? Just curious

There are parts that matches you system speacially in uk..... they are better than USA i.e. speed camera and other features..... the ISO wire you need there are some tread in here that you might rely on.... technically it is plug and play... also be sure to connect speed sensor speacially in your area that uses kilometer again this system is CANBUS to SPEED SENSOR conversion there are lot in your place. All or some include: heated seats (leather or fabric), fog (driving) lights, lock/unlock buttons, towing alarm (disables interior motion sensor and vehicle movement sensor to allow towing the car) and TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system). If I've missed one someone will add it.
