Speaker harnesses for doors

Are there speaker harnesses available to have the option of going back to stock speakers without cutting wires? Radio 10 premium speakers.

Do we need an aftermarket for stock speaker connectors?

The wiring connector in the door of the Smart has female connectors -- you should be able to file down a standard male quick connect to make it fit. Make a short cable with the male connector on one end and suitable connector for your new speaker on the other end.

FYI - I simply snipped off the connector from the door wires and soldered the wires directly to the speakers.

I, too sniped them off. Instead of soldering, I crimped on the female connectors and slipped those onto the male ones on the Polks (or vice-versa, I forget which side was which). It's been fine for the last 10 months and many thousands of miles over our lovely Tri-State roads.
