Hi!

Not sure if this belongs here but...

I would like to change my "wallpaper" from the blue Kenwood to the Smart Logo.

Any ideas?

Kenwood should have instructions for swapping wallpapers.

I finally figured it out after writing to Kenwood. What I'm really interested in doing is to change to startup screen (Blue Kenwood) to the Smart Logo.

Here's how:
First load your startup screen image to a USB thumbdrive. Place the image in the root (not in a sub folder).

Plug the USB drive into the Kenwood and then press the reset button. Then press and hold the both the 'SRC' and 'EJECT' buttons while the unit reboots. The startup image screen will come up with the option 'Kenwood' or 'OEM'. Select OEM and select the jpg image file from your USB drive. Press enter to copy the file to the kenwood unit's memory (takes a while). Once done, hold SRC to turn the unit off. Press SRC again to turn the unit back on, you should now see your custom logo.
