Wiring harness and power connections.

Hello All:

I'm working on the install of a replacement radio unit, and have a question about connections to the wiring harness. I have the Smart 451 wiring harness, and have confirmed that it matches the posted configuration.

The wiring harness has a Yellow wire - Battery Constant wire, and a Red wire - Ignition Switched wire. My radio unit has a Yellow wire (memory back-up lead (Connect to Battery)) with a 15A fuse; a Yellow wire (Bus power lead (Connect to Battery)) with a 3A fuse; and a Red wire (power lead (accessory 12V+)).

Advice on the correct splices appreciated.

Have you looked at the loom configiration diagrams on the evilution site.. I just used that, and now my new head unit happily remebers what station it was previously tuned into.. fairly straight forward to work out..
