4 wheel towing

Will the smart car be approved by the manufacturer for being towed with all four wheels down?

I just completed a 900 mile trip 4 wheels down towd behind a MH.
No issues at all to report.....normal precautions.....selector in neutral.....key in position 1....bungie the steering wheel
Good news......the odometer does not register while being towed. I am using the Roadmaster base plate.

It is approved. You can go with either a Roadmaster or Blue Ox base plate.
