Today I installed Protect-a-tow,
Protect-a-Tow on our MH and Smart car. Installation of protectatow, a plastic trapazoid screen, included installing 4 I bolts to rear of MH and 2 I bolts to front of Smart car. Bolts on Smart car were to be 54 inches apart but width of Smart car allowed on 52. I attached them to extreme sides of black "rubber" bumper. I had called Protectatow in Canada who said they had no direct experience with Protect atow with Smart cars but thought tension in bungee type cord in system would not put too much pressure on Smart car bumper.
Has any one else tried Protect-a-tow shield on theirt Smart Car and if so what have been results.
