Similar hitch/trailer for Fortwo?

Could something similar be done with a hitch/trailer for the Smart Fortwo? I assume that the trailer would be much smaller.

I saw the video that showed how that hitch worked. It was really cool.

It does look like it is the automobile version of putting the carriage before the horse. I think it was meant to show how manueverable the car is with the trailer attached?

The video showed that the trailer towed just like any 5th wheel (car in front). The cool thing was the vw could pivot around and then park the trailer w/o backing it in.

Anything is possible with the right combination of tools and money. And if that old bug can pull it, then so could the smart. But is it really worth it? Novelty aside, you are better off either staying in hotels, or putting together a car-top-tent-on-utility-trailer type of thing...(If you don't know what I am talking about, see my gallery).
