Trailer for mobility scooter and wheelchairs

I've spent most of the last couple of weeks in and out of the doctor's office, the hospital (for tests), my bed, etc., so I didn't get a chance to take my scooter out and about until this morning. Loaded up the trailer (not an easy task on my very steep driveway!) and took off for the local farmers market. It was great to be mobile again!

Here are a couple of pictures I took. This scooter (I have a couple of wheelchairs that are much smaller) is exactly 59" long and the trailer is exactly 60" long. At least I don't have to worry about it moving around in there!





When I got home and unhitched I figured out a much better way to store the trailer and hook up, so it shouldn't be as much of a problem next time. I love my house and the views, but these hills can be a bit too much sometimes!

Looks great and sounds like you're enjoying it to its fullest. Is that a lightning rod you have attached to it in the first picture?
