Low Mileage customized 2008 Smart ForTwo Passion Cabrio.
This fully loaded Smart ForTwo Passion Cabrio was the second car delivered by Smart of Beverly Hills in 2008. The car has every option available except fog lights - Do you really want to drive one of these in the fog? While I loved the car in its standard form, I took it down to Smartmadness in Long Beach for a bit of their kind of love. They helped me keep up with traffic, and ahead of the other Smarts with some simple, removable modifications. Sila Concepts cold air intake hose ($169), Sila induction tube upgrade ($69), an adjustable Spring Booster Power Control ($299), BMS Engine Mount ($129) and for comfort an armrest ($234), Luggage Compartment Cover ($159), Smartenu8 heat and sound shield ($349), and Short Antenna.
Wow, that is a mouthful.
When they were done, Al & Ed's creators of the Ed Hardy special and many other custom Smarts put in a Kenwood DNX 7140. Of course it is a radio, but it also has bluetooth audio and phone, iPod (with video), Sirius/XM, auxiliary USB input and remote (it fits nicely in the armrest). In case you are an enthusiast driven by originality, I will also include the original Smart stereo with six disk changer.
The car has lived its whole life and every one of its 29,000 in Southern California, and was serviced exclusively by Smart of Beverly Hills. All scheduled maintenance and service bulletins, including transmission updates were performed.
You may notice the Turbo RS and V8 badging. These don't relate to anything done to the engine, but did give the car a significant boost in self confidence.
