I stumbled across this last night. Smartsuki conversion anyone? I don't know too much about the Export Title. I've heard claims that sometimes Export only cars can be re-registered as kit cars (especially with a diff drivetrain??), but I have no clue about the legality of some of these proceedures.

I'd seriously consider bidding if it was closer and I had, say $2-2.5K to spare.

Same seller has a couple of more in OH, running apparently, but once again, you have the Export Title to contend with.

Bury that "export title" and turn it into a track car, with only a bill of sale.
