Hello. I picked up my silver with black cabriolet . its a beautifull car, but wife says i must sell it. it has a black leather interior with the comfort package, and also the added alarm system. it has 24 miles on it right now!

I've seen two Coupes for sale:

1. red/black orphan upgraded with black powder coated wheels, painted calipers & drums, touchscreen radio - nav w/bluetooth for $20K. This is actually exactly the package I want ... except I want a Cabrio.

2. Yellow/black used (300 miles), bone stock for $22K. I was remarkably underwhelmed by the dealership's dearth of knowledge about the car. Then again, they're a Mitsubishi dealership.

I also see them all the time on ebay, usually asking $3K over sticker.

. I had that problem when at one time (Sep 17, 2001) I found my dream car for a great price. Polo green/tan interior Corvette convertible - called the wife and said I found the car I wanted and wanted the go-ahead. She said yes. A few hours later she got home from work and I had it detailed sitting in front of the house with the top down. She parked her car, walked past it saying "Is that it?" and went inside the house - 10 minutes later she came out and said, "I don't like it, take it back". First thing next morning I went to take it back and get my truck back and it was sold!!! (I keep my car meticulous so they sold it in 3 hours)

I see where you come from when the wife says that, been there done that. Day one (yesterday) having my Smart I got flashed by a girl while I was gassing it and my wife was in the car with her head turned. I think the girl thought it was OK since people who drive a little car like that can't be a threat (or just gay). Either way, the Smart was the wife's choice - a first out of almost 20 years and over 100+ cars!!!

Hopefully you can get rid of it, try eBay. The one thing you have going for you is it didn't depreciate by thousands the moment you drove it off the lot. Best of luck and hopefully things don't get rocky over a car - been there and done that.

Actually, I just bought Cory1000's blue/silver Passion coupe, which he picked up as an orphan from smart center Bedford. They'd added "forced" options of velour mats, cargo cover and LoJack. The car also has instrument pods and Cory added two small speakers in the rear cargo area, as well as throwing in an arm rest. We did the deal for $15K, so these cars can be found for reasonable prices (but not easily, I'll admit.)
