Smart Center Denver

I have been to smart center denver many times and I like most of the sales reps but has anyone else had trouble with the sales manager? I really dont care for him myself. He is always trying to low ball me on my trade when i go in to get an orphan. He is not the most friendly either. I know he is a buisness man but, dang at least you can try and work with the customer within reason.

I had a similar experience when I bought my little smartie. The Mercedes dealership was only willing to offer me $800 for a car that is in very good condition and Blue Book's for about $3,500. I decided not to trade it and sold it myself....two days after I took delivery of my smart! Sold it for $2,500/ Don't think that's bad at all.

Carmax is a very good alternative to trading at the dealer if you have a car 5 years old or less in good condition.

have e-mailed denver dealer and left phone messages to get some questions answered ---no one has ever called or e-mailed back---not a very good way to do business

I have tried a lot to sell my current and have had no luck at all. I have posted on craigs list and vihix and all kinds of other sites. i just dont know where people really go to look to purchase cars here in denver. I dont think that i am asking an unreasonable price. maybe some of you can give me some ideas on what would be best to do. i cant afford two car payments.
