I see a smart (passing me) almost every morning going to work. He/she is in a Red with black trion going west bound on 435( south side). I assume she/he's going south on I-35

They install, don't know the price for a Smart car. Carry every kind of hitch, and trailer accessory. Give them a call. I've bought a couple hitches there.

They will install your hitch that you bring in for $60 + wiring
Still kinda pricey

there is a yellow/black Smart Passion for sale at Joe Machens Ford in Columbia Mo on their used lot.... don't know who owned it previously as the other couple who had a twin to mine is still driving theirs.....
