After last weekend in Auto-ah, I'm excited to see another cruise!

I plan to attend. Anybody else crazy enough to go???

Fellow Smartians,

I called Joe McBride of the KCI Cruise Night organizers, and learned some good stuff.

1. This is a PARK, not a CRUISE despite the name. They have a huge parking lot with room for hundreds of cars, and everyone sets up shop and PARKS.

2. He anticipates about 400 cars participating.

3. WE CAN, TOO!
All we need do is arrive prior to 4 to stake our claim. We can bring shade (I have an EZ-UP with Astro-Turf) and chairs, tables and 'supplies.' In other words, it's real laid back and there are basically no rules. So if Andy wants to bring a 96" Plasma TV to show Smart Movies, he can!

4. All the proceeds from their refreshments go to charity.

5. The KC Media will be there. Who? Dunno, but at least the Star.

6. There are no fees altho there will be raffle tickets sold, and they have some pretty cool prizes.

Gang, I know this means we will have 2 activities in October, but both sound like fun!

Terry and I will be in attendance of the show. We will be there with a tent and banners. If anyone wants to join us let us know, we would love have as many cars as possible join us. If you do not have your smart yet then you can come out and look at our cars and pick our brains about them.
