I just asked my dealer in Sacramento, and he said they just got it in stock for $199 + installation. I assume this can be a DIY installation, so you're looking at around $209 with tax. Not bad at all.
very easy to install. the instructions say just a few minutes. all you do is pull the little plug or cap that is under the E-BREAK handle. take out that screw. then slide the arm rest in to place. there is a new screw and washer and cap to put back in the hole. the 2 screws to put in the side in the the carpet. not hard at all.
the dealer would not say whom it is made by or there source....
