The T-shirts are going to be ready sometime next week, we can plan the meeting for next weekend or the weekend after, any day will be fine with us.......

I think that we should leave the picking of a day up to ALSRAC because of there schedules. I have no holiday travailing to do as all of my family is local so I am open to when ever.

We'd vote for the Saturday the 22nd which would give Alfonzo a bit of time to make sure the shirts are ready, but we could do next Saturday the 15th if that would work better for the group. We will be out of town Thanksgiving weekend.

We vote for the 22nd too, in that way Lula has the 2 week advance to ask for the day off.
Remember guys we are open to any suggestion, in the worst case scenario the last option could be Emporia and we can plan the december activity as FUN42 suggested, but we can look for something else.
Keep us posted with any other idea!!

Great! Sounds like the 22nd will work for most everyone so far. Prepare Emporia for an invasion of smarts...

Personal note to Alfonzo and Lulu - do you know if you are have a boy or a girl? When's the offical due date?

Sounds good Smarts invading Emporia, I'm going to contact the other Smart owner in town so hopefully FUN42's twin can joins us.
I'll post a list of restaurants and places of interest during the week so we can decided where to go.

Answering your question Bill and Sharon, this time the baby will be a surprise, we found out with the other kids, now is time to know what it feels having a surprise or should I say a Smart baby? The official due date is december 15th, but based on experience the baby is likely to be born at any time from now on. Our son was 4 days late and our daghter 2 weeks early, and, in the last appointment the doctor said the baby is ready to came out.
