OIL FILTERS: Purolator Pure One PL-14612 (or L-14612), Mobil 1 M1-108, AC Delco PF-1237,
Mitsubishi 1230A040, Fram PH-6607, Bosch 3300. I also saw posted somewhere in here AC Delco UPF-44 Ultra Guard Gold, but I can't verify it and confirm the number. I am going to try the Mobil 1 0W-40 for the motor oil.

Don't believe the UPF44 will cross to the smart; pretty much all GM application, with a few Jeep and American Motors thrown in. Mobil 1 filter should be fine, as would the Purolators or Bosch (or Fram for that matter.)
