I have my VIN: WMEEJ31X88K177283 and another ID that the dealer provided, can't seem to find anything on the site mentioned above.

Tried Auto, Bill of Lading, Booking, and Customer Reference. Any other tools to try? Thanks!!

Well, Carfax recognized your VIN so it's good. May just mean your car hasn't been loaded on the boat yet. Keep checking.
