MO-KAN Smartians,

We are headed off on a vacation! Going to Northern California to see the Kinetic Sculpture Race, and to ride a BMW motorcycle down Pacific Coast Hiway! So I'm gonna be quiet for a little while. Nothing personal. Well, in Smark's case, maybe...

Ha! I lived in Arcata back in the 70's (HSU grad). What a blast this race is. Have a great time. And, enjoy PCH - just gorgeous.

BAD NEWS!

I'm BACK!

Holy crap, what a great time! Saw about 10 Smarts, drove >1,000 miles in a rental car, another 400 on the bike

, fractured at least three smile muscles at the Kinetic Sculpture Race, fell in love with Redwood trees, saw a lot of Wine Country, saw the Monterey Aquarium, fell in love with Big Sur, drove Lombard Street in SF and smiled recalling the pic of all the Smarts on it, ate very well, enjoyed the local loonies and took a *few* pics. Alsrac is right, you'll never see them! Not until I have a Photo Slave to help me edit and post!

Woof! Vacations are wonderful; you should all go on one immediately.

But it is good to be home. Now maybe I can concentrate on becoming employed again... Naw! I want another vacation!
