I'm guessing you mean I ought to visit Ernie's BPP site and find his customer service email and email the company directly. I've done that now.

But I was kind of hoping, since he is a member here and has started this promo thread, that he would answer in the board. That way, other 450 smarties like me (there are thousands of them in canada & USA) would also find out the answer by reading it here.

Broadcasting the answer on the forum is "better" but some supporting vendors aren't effective at checking the boards regularly and properly tracking everything in their own threads (and your bump may have helped to that end). Perhaps this is why the request was that questions go directly to the vendor.
