Here is a neat little item for those that would like to sit up a bit higher in their smart. The item is made in Germany by MDC and is now in stock for quick delivery:
I briefly thought that I could raise my seat with spacers to get my Bass 600 subwoofer under the seat. Briefly.
Two reasons against that. The standard metric screws are to short to extend enough and in big scheme of things everyone drops their cars to get a lower center of gravity. When the smart is at a traffic light next to a MAZDA Miata I can actually look down and feel weird as if I'm in a SUV. With the short wheelbase the lower the better in my opinion.

We have had a number of customers that have asked for an item like this. Some folks are a bit smaller and this little mods has really helped.
It's not for everyone, but some have asked and our supplier assisted in making them available.
Boris and company. Do you happen to have anything for someone with a short and round physic? A tilt wheel is nice but not feasible. Perhaps small pedal extensions of some sort? Just wondering as I know some people who are looking for such a thing.
Let me elaborate: so short they can't touch the pedals because they are too round their tummy holds them back.

Oh yeah, anything to be able to see around that damn rearview mirror. The person that comes up with an easy fix for that will probably be hailed as a hero by us owners.
