Understood. I have a car with a wood structure. Dead serious, the interior frame of the car under the metal is ALL wood to include the floorpan. A sight to see when it is powered by around 450hp.
The plastic on the smart woody kit is at least quite a bit more sturdy than the original wood of yesteryear. Something to think about when getting one of these - they should last the life of the car.
BTW, for those who didn't know - a hack is from the olden days on a Model T....a Depot Hack was made to carry passengers (and luggage) to the railway depots. All wood!!! and served a purpose.
