A new cruise control update!!!!

The new version of our cruise control will feature an adjustable (4 levels) Sprint Booster.

A comparable product sells for about $300+ and is now available with the newest version of our cruise control.

Any chance this means the price of the stand-alone SprintBooster has gone down?

Wait... MDC added Sprint Booster tech to their system? MAN! Now it really sucks to be an early adopter. Makes sense, since it plugs in exactly the same place as the booster does. Ah well... If I need to sprint, I can just floor it.

Normally I try to have positive/good things to say....but....not feeling love for the additional price. I was soooooo close to having the wife talked into letting me get a cruise soon for my other car though I could of sworn I saw it priced for $379 and then I looked yesterday and it was $389, now with this sprintbooster it is $439. Before you were absolutely KILLING the price of the Area451, not so much anymore.

Oh well.......

From reading the instructions don't all versions of the new MDC (like I bought) have this feature?

Unfortunately it has not gone down. The manufacturer of the cruise control is different than the manufacturer of the sprint booster. The units are different, but they happen to have the same name.

If you bought the original version from us a couple of weeks ago and would like to upgrade we will take care of it. Call us next week and will make arrangements.

Russ,

The newest versions we received had the sprint booster already built in so all outstanding orders got the new version on us. I am not sure which one you received the original or the new one. Try the feature and see if it works. If it does you got a freebie. If it does not you can upgrade it if you like.

If you like the original without the sprint booster we are getting a couple in from folks that just got the original from us a couple of weeks ago and decided to upgrade. We can still offer it to you for the original price $389.99. Drop us a call on Monday and we'll set it aside for you if you like.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure if the wife will let me drop money for it quite yet even though there isn't a day that goes by when I don't mention it. While the sprintbooster does sounds quite appetizing and a nice purchase for an additional $50 , I (ok, the wife) feel that the money may be better spent somewhere else .

When you say you'll be getting a couple back for upgrade trades - - - that doesn't mean used though, right?
