The springs are in!

For those that have been asking and patiently waiting. We now have the Madness sport springs in stock. Our shipment from Germany came in yesterday.

Our first order is about 30% pre sold and the next one will be about 60 days later. So, if you have thought about getting a set of springs for your smart car, but have not done so yet....This may be a good time.

Unlike the others in the market place this set up gives you a .7" drop in the front and a 1.3" in the rear. This gives the car a more even look. In addition, we have personally experience a much better ride with them on than we did with our Eibach springs. When driving more aggressively our springs did not cause the tires to rub and did not cause the sensor to kick in and break the front wheels.

I've just got my spring from Smartmadness, when I arrive home I installed the rear ones first and did the road test ohhhhhhhhhhh,,,, I love it it handled better in corners:::

Ok. observing the defference between factory and Smart madness is, they are the same thickness but the Smart madness is shorter than the factory not only that, it is progressive ones.... that's why they don't rub with the fenders. I'll give five thumb ups on this....

I took some pics on Friday and will try to upload them as soon as I have a chance. The car sits perfect! It completely evens out the car. So far, we have done 4 installs in the last 3 days and everyone has loved the look and most importantly the improved ride.

Having this type of a drop instead of an even one really makes the car sit nicer and takes car of the rocking feel.

So, have you put the front ones on yet? Once you do you should see a very nice improvement.

We drove a smart with a set of H&R's and while the drop is similar, the ride is a whole lot better with ours over the H&R's.
