Reminds me of some wisdom from Don Henley:

I make my living off the evening news
Just give me something - something I can use
People love it when you lose, they love dirty laundry

We got the bubble-headed-bleach-blonde who comes on at five
She can tell you bout the plane crash with a gleam in her eye
It's interesting when people die - give us dirty laundry

We can do the innuendo, we can dance and sing
When its said and done we haven't told you a thing
We all know that crap is king, give us dirty laundry!

Indeed, they both (yaris and camry) would, but the IIHS wouldn't mention it (again with the fact that they are in the pockets of Smart's competitiors), news might.

I don't understand this post. Looking at the IIHS "test", the smart had better structural integrity than either the toyota or the honda. The compartment remained relatively intact, in spite of the extreme nature of the impact and disparity between the 2 cars.

And it was the smallest and lightest of the 3 subject vehicles. Pretty impressive, I would say.

If you don't get it then I'm not telling you. It's oblivious what I mean.

The Grey smart is still in the back, it has some insurance issues, but Jason (Manager) is planning on buying it and bringing it back to live.

sounds like a fun project!! I saw a 2008 Cabrio on Ebay a while back with front end damage for around 5K. If I could have convinced the wife, I would have got it.

That thing needs over 5K in repair. I know it for sure needs the airbags replaced alone. That's at least 2 thousand.
