So, who's gotten a call from Bloomington that their car is "on the way?" When did they call you? When did they say you'd have your car? and What was your reservation number?

Just skulking around these boards tonight and thought I'd check in about the wait time issue. I stopped by the Bloomington Dealership on January 23. Dave Reid, the fine respresentative who helped me told me I had about 900 people in front of me. His estimate for me was Mid-2009 for delivery, and a few months prior to that for a confirmation. I signed up for a Metallic Blue with Black Safety Cell. Actually, I was looking around for a thread to ask about possible color availability in 2009 since I like green.

My reservation number is 1483. Judging from some of the comments I've been reading tonight, I'm betting my car may be ready before 2009, but I'm willing to wait. I also realize there are orphans available, but I'm pretty far down the line to expect a call any time soon.

That's fine since I could use the extra time to save up the money. Heck, for the price of these things you could charge it on your Best Buy Card (a decent 71" Plasma TV starts at $14,000) Fortunately, I don't require a 71" Plasma TV.
